The personal trainers at U.S.1 Fitness Center have the knowledge and expertise to help you obtain the level of health and fitness you desire. Our trainers are certified through respected, nationally accredited agencies. All of our trainers have years of experience in the health and fitness field with backgrounds in sports conditioning, weight loss, fitness for the elderly, pre and post-natal programs as well as youth exercise programs.

By combining strength training, aerobics exercise and proper nutrition you can reach your fitness goals. Our trainers can design a fitness program tailor-made for your needs. Through a series of one-on-one training sessions your trainer will instruct you in the proper technique for effective utilization of the exercise equipment.
