Gerard Fehringer – Head Trainer
As a personal trainer for over 20 years, Gerard learned how to identify faulty movement patterns that impair one’s physical literacy. Through the application of corrective exercises, with his certifications from National Strength and Conditioning Association as a personal trainer, he can help improve your functional performance leading to greater adaptations and ultimate fitness. Gerard’s specialties include kettlebell technique, corrective and clinical exercises for injury prevention, active isolated stretching, senior fitness and movement training with ViPR Pro.
Tony Arellano -NSCA Fitness Trainer
Tony’s philosophy is that the mind always fails first not the body; the secret is to make your mind work for you, not against you. Since 1995 Tony has been instructing adults in cardiovascular exercises, strength training and flexibility as well as monitoring (suggestions) clients’ meal plan according to their exercise and physical needs. He is nationally certified by the strength and conditioning Association (N:S:C:A) and insured. Tony brings his experience in training and genuine love of fitness to the training sessions and can help you achieve the best physical condition of your life.
Delmar Taylor – ISSA Fitness Trainer
Delmar Taylor has always had a keen interest for helping others through fitness, nutrition and sports training. Delmar was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas and came to the United States during his early teen years. Upon his arrival into the United States, he played American football in high school earning a full athletic scholarship to study and play football at Florida International University. After graduating with his Bachelor’s degree he quickly realized fitness and sports training was something he wanted to pursue. He was passionate about it from day 1! Delmar stayed in this field as he pursued employment at U.S.1 Fitness Center, the best gym in South Florida! Once he started working at the gym he told his employers that he wanted to be a trainer. They supported his goals fully and helped him obtain his personal training certification through ISSA. The rest is history! Education & Certifications: • Bachelor in Recreation and Sports Management • Certified Personal Training with ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) • CPR certified with One Beat CPR & AED
Beth Yannucci – ISSA Fitness Trainer
Beth Yannucci is a NASM-certified personal trainer and AFAA certified group fitness instructor. She has been working in the industry since 1992. Beth started her fitness journey after pregnancy; she was well over 250lbs with a desire to achieve an active lifestyle. Beth is now a grandmother, and running after the grandkids is a breeze. Over the years the scope of her clients has expanded from very young to senior years. Clients work with Beth when they are seeking weight loss, strength training, sport-specific training, or they just need the support to add movement into their lives. Most of the training plans she provides to her clients include: weight training, plyometrics, isometrics, and dynamic workouts. Special services that she can offer are: senior training, injury recovery training, and youth-specific training. Senior training plans can be similar to the Silver Sneakers classes that she instructs with a more personalized approach. Injury recovery programs will help strengthen the body to aid healing of a specific injury, and typical youth training requests are usually sport-specific training such as: soccer, football, basketball, and more! Beth enjoys personalizing each training plan to her client’s specific needs and requests. Ask her about your fitness goals so you can explore if she would be a good match.
